NumizmatikaNET is the leading Croatian portal dedicated to numismatics and phaleristics.
The portal represents a comprehensive platform for topics related to old money (coins and banknotes), as well as decorations (orders and medals), and military insignia and badges. In addition, the portal publishes general content related to collecting.
The roots of NumizmatikaNET date back to the blog “Hrvatska numizmatika”, which was launched on October 11, 2005, and is still active today.
The NumizmatikaNET portal started operating on June 28, 2015. The initial goal of the portal was to repost articles published on the “Croatian Numismatics” blog. Therefore, for a certain period, there was a degree of parallelism between the blog and the portal.
The biggest change on the portal occurred after the launch of the NumizmatikaNET YouTube channel, which came to life on August 16, 2018. Since then, the NumizmatikaNET portal has been broadcasting video content published on the YouTube channel.
NumizmatikaNET also shares its content on various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, and TikTok. This allows a wide range of numismatics and faleristics enthusiasts to access the latest information, news, and interesting facts from this field.
The NumizmatikaNET portal represents an undisputed source of information on numismatics and phaleristics in Croatia. Through its long-standing work and development, the portal has provided quality content that has attracted a large number of enthusiasts and collectors. Along with a blog, a YouTube channel, and a presence on social media, NumizmatikaNET continuously provides valuable information and fosters interest in numismatics and phaleristics among the wider community.
