How many times have you found yourself in a situation where buyers promise to buy something, but later play dumb and back out of the deal? On the other hand, sellers promise to sell a certain item, but when you arrive with the money, the item is gone. Another situation that often arises is the breach of a swap agreement. You arrange a trade with someone for specific items, but instead of mutually respecting the agreed-upon terms, one party plays the other. Such moments can be extremely frustrating and destroy trust among people in the community. That is why today we are talking precisely about this issue.
