Back in 1998, a documentary film on the subject of Croatian numismatics was made, titled: “Numismatics on Croatian Historical Soil”. This film was produced by Stella Film from Zagreb, and directed by Radovan Ivančević.
The film comprehensively depicts the development, cultural and historical significance, visual creativity, and artistic value of the exceptionally rich, diverse, and preserved numismatic heritage on the historical soil of Croatia, from ancient times to the present day.
Filming was carried out in cooperation with the Croatian Numismatic Society, using materials from the Archaeological Museum in Zagreb, the Croatian National Bank, the Museum of Slavonia in Osijek, and numerous private collections.
