Borna Barac is a well-known name in the world of numismatics and phaleristics, and an ideal interlocutor when discussing old coins, banknotes, and decorations. Borna has been professionally involved in numismatics and phaleristics for a long time and has achieved great success; he has had his own numismatic company for 31 years; he founded the first numismatic auction house in Croatia; and he is the author of several books and catalogs on coins, banknotes, and decorations. It must certainly be mentioned that he is also the author of a book – a corpus of world decorations issued up to 1945, which is today the main reference literature for everyone dealing with decorations. Ultimately, Borna is a happy man because he does what he loves and what fulfills him.
