Croatian dinars were the temporary Croatian currency until the introduction of the kuna and lipa in 1994. The Croatian dinar banknotes are characterized by the portrait of Ruđer Bošković on the obverse, and they were designed by Zlatko Jakuš.
Of all the Croatian dinar banknotes, probably the most interesting one is the 25 one. First of all, it is a very unusual nominal value for our region, and it is also interesting that it was printed on paper for the Swedish 5-krona banknote. Likewise, this banknote has an interesting watermark for which there are two variants.
